আমরা বিভিন্ন প্রতিষ্ঠানের অফিসিয়াল পণ্য বিক্রেতা!!কিছু কিছু পণ্য সরাসরি অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট থেকে বিক্রি করা হয় আর কিছু কিছু পণ্য কোম্পানি অনুমোদিত প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে নিয়ে বিক্রয় করা হয়
1. পণ্য গ্যারান্টি নীতি:
(1.1) প্রতিটি পণ্য /লাইসেন্সের জন্য একটি পৃথক ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কাল প্রযোজ্য।
(1.2) ওয়্যারেন্টি সময়কালে পণ্য /লাইসেন্সটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বলে প্রমাণিত হলে, আমরা লাইসেন্সটি পরীক্ষা করব।
(1.3) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে পণ্য/লাইসেন্সের সাথে কোন সমস্যা হলে, আমরা এটি প্রতিস্থাপন করব।
(1.4) ক্রেতার ডিভাইসের কারণে পণ্য/লাইসেন্স সক্রিয় করতে সমস্যা হলে, ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
2. অন্যান্য সার্ভিস গ্যারান্টি নীতি:
(2.1) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কাল প্রতিটি পণ্য জন্য আলাদাভাবে নির্ধারিত হয়।সেটা পণ্য বিক্রি পর ডেলিভারির সময় জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে!!
(2.2) গ্যারান্টি সময়কালে পরিসেবাতে সমস্যা হলে, আমরা এটি ঠিক করব। খারাপ আবহাওয়ার কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
(2.3) পণ্য নেওয়ার পর একটিভ করার সময় সমস্যা দেখা দিলে উপযুক্ত প্রমাণ নিয়ে জানাতে হবে
৩. প্রোডাক্ট/ পণ্য ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি:
(৩.১) যেহেতু আমাদের সার্ভিস গুলো ডিজিটাল, সেহেতু আমাদের সকল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করা হয় ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে।
(৩.২) অবশ্যই সঠিক ইমেইল প্রদান করে অর্ডার করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, যদি ভুল ইমেইল দেওয়া হয় সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে নিতে হবে।
(৩.৩) ভুল ইমেল বা তথ্য প্রদান করলে ভুল ঠিকানাই ডেলিভারি হলে এর দায়ভার ডিজিটাল ডাটা এক্সটেন্সান (Digital Data Extension) বহন করবেনা!! তাই পণ্য অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করবেন! ভুল তথ্য প্রদান করলে সাথে সাথে আমাদের হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নাম্বারে যোগাযোগ করবেন!
(৩.৪) যদি উত্তর দিতে হয় একটু সময় দিয়ে সহযোগিতা করবেন !!
৪. ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট প্রদানের পদ্বতিঃ
(৪.১) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে ক্রেতা সমস্যা সম্মুখীন হলে সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে (রিমোট) ভাবে, অর্থাৎ ক্রেতার ডিভাইসে (TeamViewer) অথবা (Anydesk) থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
(৪.২) প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত দেখে অর্ডার করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
(৪.৩) প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত ব্যতীত কোন মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্যতা পাবেনা।
৫. পেমেন্ট পলিসিঃ
(৫.১) bKash পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
(৫.2) Nagad পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
(৫.৩) Manual Payment এর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা.
We are the official product seller of various companies!! Some products are sold directly from the official website and some products are sold from authorized companies.
1. Product Guarantee Policy:
(1.1) A separate warranty period applies to each product/license.
(1.2) If the Product/License is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will examine the License.
(1.3) If there is any problem with the product/license during the warranty period, we will replace it.
(1.4) In case of a product/license activation problem due to the buyer’s device, the warranty will be void.
2. Other Service Guarantee Policies:
(2.1) The warranty period is determined separately for each product. It will be informed at the time of delivery after the sale of the product!!
(2.2) If there is a problem with the service during the guarantee period, we will fix it. Delays may occur due to inclement weather.
(2.3) In case of problem during activation after receiving the product, please report with appropriate evidence
3. Product/ Product Delivery Method:
(3.1) As our services are digital, all our products are delivered via email.
(3.2) It is requested to place the order by providing the correct email address, if the wrong email address is provided, please contact us.
(3.3) Digital Data Extension will not bear the responsibility if the wrong email or information is delivered to the wrong address!! So please provide correct information when ordering the product! If you provide wrong information, please contact our WhatsApp number immediately!
(3.4) If you have to answer please give some time to help!!
4. Method of providing warranty support:
(4.1) Support will be provided (remotely) if the customer encounters problems during the warranty period, i.e. it is mandatory to be on the customer’s device (TeamViewer) or (Anydesk).
(4.2) Each product is requested to be ordered in detail.
(4.3) No comments other than product details will be accepted.
5. Payment Policy:
(5.1) No separate charges shall apply for bKash payments.
(5.2) No separate charges shall apply in respect of Nagad payments.
(5.3) In case of manual payment, no charge will be applicable in case of bank payment.
- If the Key (code) cannot be activated for some unknown reason, contact us within 24 hours from the time of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.
- If you received an incorrect product, or if the game key (code) has not been activated, a refund/replacement is possible.
- If we are not able to deliver for any reason, we will give you a full refund
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. Digital Data Extension cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
- You must provide your full legal name, current region/country, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. All information provided by you shall be true, accurate, current and complete. Sometimes we can ask for additional information from the customer.
